2 A John Dixonsone died at Birdhow and was buried 25th June 1669.
Possibly the John, son of John Dyconsone and Frances Wilson of Harmuthhows, baptised on the 17th of March 1635 at St. Catherine's, Eskdale, Cumberland2
3 A John Dickinson of Birdhow died in 1695 (Inventory). The probate administrators were John Viccars and John Sherwen implying that there was no wife? The estate was 180 sheep.
4 By his will John had grandchildren Isabell (wife of Thomas Wilson) and Mary (married Yewdall) - but they could be children of his daughter(s).
5 The marriage could have occurred in the period of poor record keeping in the Commonwealth.
6 John's will mentions his sons in law Edward Tyson and Elizabeth his wife and Isaac Grayson and Elizabeth his wife.
Edward Tyson married Elizabeth Dickinson on the 18th of September 1679 at St Catherine's
Isaac Grayson married Elizabeth Dickinson on the 17th of October 1702 at St Catherine's
