1 William left a will leaving some household possessions to his elder daughter Dinah and land and houses at Dasson Ground to his younger daughter Sarah.
2 The identification of Isaac's wife with Sarah Dickinson was provided by Joan Shrewsbury. I do not know the basis. I have not found the marriage at Eskdale, nor Irton nor in the IGI. Sarah would only have been 12 when her father died - who brought her up? Probably her mother - but where?
3 The burial register gives her age at 84 whereas she would in fact have been 82.
