At a boarding school at Worcester in 1861 and by 1871 an architect living with his parents; in 1881 living with his mother at 7, Ovington Square, Kensington; in 1891 and 1901 in Hammersmith at 55 Aynhoe Road and at 23 Girdlers Road respectively. In 1901 Mildred and Mary were boarding at the Convent of Our Lady of Sion in Kensington and Edward was boarding at a private school in Hove, Sussex.
