Notes
1 Rachael was married from Foulsyke in Netherwasdale. I have not yet located Foulsyke but a reference in the register in 1768 raises the possibility that it may be the same as White Syke (near Strands).
2 A Retchell, daughter of Chris. Kitchine, was baptised at Irton in 1696. This is too early for Rachael - she would have been 58 when Henry was born!
3 One of the executors of the will of Ann Kitchin widow of Irton, in 1761.
