1 There are two contemporaneous John Swindells - this John of Eadsbury and another John, the smith, of Ranow. It is unlikely that the John baptised in 1590 would have married in 1613 and therefore this John of Eadsbury is probably the John who was baptised in 1590.
2 It is possible that Margret was the daughter of John Swindells the smith of Ranow - but he already had a daughter Margerie in 1614.
3 It is almost certain that John Swindelles remarried since there is no other John Swindels of Edesbury to be Anne's father.
