Died at Beck Farm, Millom in 1681 leaving a will in which he mentions his eldest brother, (and) his brother John, his sister Elling and her children, his sister Margaret and his cousin John.

My impression from the will is that Edward was a relatively young man when he died, so I will guess a birthdate of c1650! Note that this is after the start of Millom and Muncaster registers but before Ulpha.
