John Steuyenson (Stevenson)
Possibly son of Nicholas Stevynson
Tenant of a property at Mytterdailhed, occupied by John Nicholson, at the general fine of 1547(?). Probably Sword House.
Not listed in the Percy Survey of 1578, but the tenant of Sword House then - Nicholas Stephenson - was 'within age' and so was probably born 1557-1562, giving a likely death date for John Stevenson between 1557 and 1578 and a birth c.1525 assuming he was Nicholas's father.
