Notes

1    The death certificate for Margaret's mother Mary showed the informant at Edward Pearson, son in Law.

2    John S Pearson is listed in the 1881 census. The baptism of a John Pearson son of Edward Pearson in Warden is not listed in the IGI. It is possible that John was an illegitimate son of Margaret - both of Margaret's sisters had illegitimate children - and that the S stands for Swindle.
