The Condicon of this oblicaopn is such that if the above bounden Jenett Nicholson spinster do well and truly execute .... and fulfill the last will and testamt of Frances Nicholson late of Low place in Mitredale her late mother & which in the Achdeaconry of Richmond and diocs of Chester deceased And doe pay .. debts and legacies so far forth as the said deceaseds goods will extend and, as the law in that behalf will bind her And exhibite into this Court a true full and pfect Inventorie of all and singular the goods rights credits chattells & ..attells of her the said deceased And Also make a true and inst accompt of the Execucon. of the said will And Ad..on of the same goods when thereunto she shalbe lawfully called or required And lastly same defend and harmlesse keep the above named Comissarie of Richmond and all other his officers and ministers agents and men by reason of the pmisses that els to stand in full force strength and virtue
