Notes

1    Relationships mentioned in will

Wife            unmamed
Son             William (died 1612) - son Henry, daughters Genett, Isabell
Daughters    Katherine - married Henry Jacksone, daughters Elizabeth, Isabell
Genett -      married (Giles? ) Mawsone), (son James?), daughter Agnes, Isabell
Elizabeth - married Nycholas Nycholsone, sons John, William, (daughter Dorathie?)
Agnes - married (Henry2) Hartley, son William, others, unborn child

2    Henry's son William names Nicholas Hartley, Henry Jackson and Nicholas Nicholson as his 'good brothers' ie brothers in law. The latter two are mentioned in this will but the Hartley (presumably) grandchildren are described as the children of Henry Hartley.

3    William Nicholson and William Hartley are excepted from the grandchildren bequests. Presumably this is because they are eldest sons and will receive tenancies when their fathers die.
