The will of Humfrey Swindells made 1579 died 22 November 1580 (transcription unfinished)

my treue and lawfull executors and Edmunde Nowsey vicar of pstburye aforesaid supvisr of the same unto
whom I geve and bequeathe xxs in moneye wch I will shalbe taken uppe wth the other legacyes & before my
payed goodes be devyded into three equall pte [equall] as if it had bene placed wth the other of my legacyes an
