being in perfect Minde and Memory, praised be God, Do Make
this My Last Will and Testament in Maner. and form Followinge
Impris I Give and bequeath My Soul Into the Hands of Almighty God
And Christ Jesus My Mercifull Saviour and Redeemer And My
Body to be Buried in Decent and Christian Maner., Ander as for
My Worldly Goods and Estate I Give and Bequeath the Same
as Followeth
Impris I Give and Bequeath Unto My Grandchild Isabell Wilson,
and her Husband Thomas Wilson Ten Pounds. Item I Give and
Bequeath Unto My Grandchild Mary Yewdall and her Husband
Ten Pounds, which said Two Ten Pounds Isaac Grayson is to
pay out of My Tenement caled Birdhow, Item I Give and
Bequeath unto My Son in Law Edward Tyson and Elizabeth
his Wife Five Pounds in full for their share and part. Item
I Give and Bequeath Unto Isaac Grayson of Egermond and
Elizabeth his Wife foure Sheepe in full for their Share and
part. Item I Give unto William Dickinson the son of William
Dickinson of Harmonthowes one Shilling, And all the Remainder
and Residue of My Goods Chattells Rights Creditts and personall
Estate I Give and Bequeath Unto My Wife Elizabeth Dickinson
whom I Make whole and Sole Executrix of this My Last
Will and Testament, She payinge and Discharginge My Debts
Legacies and Funerall Expences, And I Desire and Appoint
Thomas Wilson of Tayths And John Wilson of Whoes Feoffees
in Trust to see this My Last Will and Testament pformed. And
I Give Unto Either of Them one shillinge for their care
herein. This I Declare to be My Last Will and Testament
