In the name of god Amen the seventh day of march annoq Domi 1706 I John Dickinson
of Armenthowes within the parish of saint bees and County of Cumberland husbandman
Being in perfect minde and memory praysed be god Doe make this my Last Will and
Testament In manner And Form Following
Impris I give And Bequeath my Soul Into the hand of Almighty god and Christ Jesus my
merciful Saviour and Redeemer and my body to be Buried In Decent and Christian manner
And as for my worldly Goods and Estate I give and Bequeath the same as followeth
Impris I give and Bequeth unto my Wife Jane Dickinson the Sume of Eight pounds to have
the whole Sume and Interest but what she hath to [spare] that she needeth not
my Son John Dickinson must have it. It: I give and bequeath unto my daughter Annas
Lash Twenty Shillings And to her Husband John Lash five shillings in full for
there parts and share forth of my goods Chattel and Estate. It I give and bequeath
unto my Brother William Dickinson one shilling To his Wif and Children Each of
Them sixpence Apeice in full [for] there share and part forth of my goods Chattel
and Estat. It: I give unto Ann Kent and Cathren Kent Each of them two shillings
It: I give unto Bridget Wilson and Mabel Wilson and Marget Tyson and Mary
Tyson Each of them sixpence Apeice. It: I give unto Nicholas Tyson six pence
It: I giv unto Edward Tyson of fould End two shillings six pence It. I give unto John Hartley
of padeckwray Two Shillings Six pence. It I give unto Richard Tyson of Holings
Six Shillings And all the Remainder and Residue of my goods Chattells
Rights Credits and Estate I give And Bequeath unto my Son John Dickinson
Whom I make whole and Sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament
he paying all my debts And Legacies and funeral Expences This I declare
to be my Last will and Testament In witness whereof I the said John Dickinson
have hereunto put my hand and seale the day year first above written
