Noverint universi per praesentes nos Nicholas Hartley de Miterdalehead Par.. de Sta Biga Gulie...Thompson de [Brankinwell] Par de Muncaster  .....................Annoq Dmi 1728

The Condicon of ths obligacon is such that if the above bounden Nicholas Hartley .... of Isabel Hartley widow and John Hartley [son] [...] Administrator of all and singular the goods chells. and credits of John Hartley late of Spouthouse in Eskdale deceased.......
........ And if it shall hereafter appeare that any last will and Testament was made by the said deceased and the Executor or Executors therein named doe exhibit the same into the said court......
