Notes
1    ‘Widda’ – widower?

2    The second version of the inventory is the 'fair copy'. However the first version lists a 'gavlocke' and the second version a 'cowbrake' (both quite clear on the originals). I had understood that a 'gavlocke' or 'gavelock' was a type of crowbar - but a 'cowbrake'?

I have found an 1864 reference to '1 Shovel 3 Forks and 1 Cowbrake'  (http://www2.shu.ac.uk/sfca/claimDetails.cfm?claim=11-2698)

3    Relationships to John Wilkinson mentioned in will.

Son William Wilkinson
Daughters Elizabeth Jackson, wife of Edward Jackson
Dorithy Jonson, wife of William Jonson
  Jennat Wilkinson
