The Condition of this Obligation is such that if ye above bounden John Grigg natural lawful son & Administrator of all & Singular ye Goods Chatts & Credits of Micah Grigg, late of Brigham Yeom deced Do make or cause to be made a true & pfect Inventory of all & Singular ye Goods Chatts & Credits of ye sd deced which have or shall come to ye hands & possion or knowledge of him the said Administrator or to ye hands & possion of any pson or psons for him And the Same so [made] do Exhibit or cause to be Exhibited into ye Regty of the Deaconry of Richmond at or before ye last day of March next ensuing and ye Same Goods, Chatts and Credits & all other ye Goods Chatts and Credits of ye sd deced at ye time of his death which at any time after shall come to ye hands or possion of ye sd Administrator into ye hands & possion of any other pson or psons for him do well and truly Adminster according to Law And further do make or cause to be made a true and Just account of his sd Admtion at or before ye thirty first day of October next And all ye rest and residue of ye sd Goods Chatts & Credits which shall be found remaining upon the sd Administrat account ye same being first Examed & allowed of by ye Judge or Judges for ye time being of ye sd Court shall deliver & pay unto such pson or psons respectively as ye sd Judge or Judges by his or their Decree or Sentence psuant to ye [true] Intent & meaning of a late act of parliamt: made in ye Two & Twentieth & Three & Twentieth years of ye Reign of King Charles ye 2d Int....an Act for ye better settling of Intestate Estates shall limitt & appoint And if it shall herafter apppear if any last will & Testamt was made by ye sd Deced & ye Exector .... therein named do Exhibit ye same into ye sd Court makeing request to have it allowed & approved accordingly if ye said Administrator above bounden being thereto required do so d... & deliver ye ...
