The Condition of this Obligaton. is such that if the above bounden Dorothy Hartley her Executors Adminators. or any of them do well and Honestly Educate maintain & bring upp John Hartley (aged one year or thereabout) the natural & lawful Child of Thomas Hartley late of Dawson Ground aforesd. with sufficient Meat Drink Washing Apparel & Lodgeing agreable to his Condicon. & State during his minority & do make a true & perfect Inventory of all & singular the Goods Cattles & Chattles belonging to the said Child and the same so made do Exhibit into the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Richmond kept at [Same] after when She shall be thereunto lawfully called and do also well and truly content satisfye & pay or cause to be paid unto the said John Hartley all such filial Childs parts & portions as shall be due to him by the Death Last Will & Testament of Thomas Hartley (his late Father) decd. when he shall attain Twenty one years of Age be married or otherwise lawfully demand the same That then this Obligacon. to be void or else in force
