Thomas Swindle Probate 1909

BE IT KNOWN that Thomas Swindle of Bridge House St Johns in the Vale in the County of Cumberland Coal Agent who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Bridge House, aforesaid, within the District of the Counties of Cumberland and Westmorland died on the 24th day of March 1909 at Bridge House aforesaid, intestate AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administation of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Carlisle to Ellen Swindle of Bridge House aforesaid, the lawful widow and relict of the said intestate.
