Dickinson of Randalhow in the Parish of Saint
Bees and County of Cumberland being sick and
weak in Body but in Perfect mind and memory
Do make and ordain this my last will and Testament
That is to say I Recommend my Soul to God who gave
it and my Body to the Earth to be Buried in a Chr
istian like manner as my Executrix shall think
proper and as for my Wordly Estate wherwith it
has pleased God to Bless me with in this Life
I Give Devise and Dispose of in the form and
and Manner folowing
Item give to my Eldest Dauther Dinah the
Grate and Crook and Cubbard at Randalhow
Likewise I Leave and give Wholely and Solely
to my younger Dauther Sarath the Land and
houses caled Dasson Ground not withstanding her
Mother my Wife is to have one half of it or three pounds ten ...
whether she choseth During her life and if the said Sarah Die before
the years of one and twenty the said land is to fall
to my Dauther Dinah.
Lastly I Constitute make and ordain my Wife
Elizabeth my only and Sole Executrix of this my
last Will and Testament with all my Move[bele]
Goods and Chattels and to Receive all Debts to
me owing. And to pay all Debts owing by me
and if my Effects will not pay my Debts my
Wife is to fell so much of the Wood at
[Dason] Ground as will pay the Debts and
[I here] Revoke all other wills by me made
in witness hereof I have Set my hand ...
