Administration of William Nicholson of Bought 1666

The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above-bounden Elln Nicholson do well and truly adminster all and singular the Goods, Rights and Credits which late were, and did belong unto Willm. Nicholson, her late husband .ec.ie deceased, that is to say, shall pay all his Debts, so far as the Law binds : And shall exhibit into Court a true and perfect Inventory of all the Goods of the said deceased ; and shall likewise well and faithfully educate and bring up with Meat, Drink and Cloathing according to there Callings Henry Robert Jennet Willm. & John Nicholson the natural and lawful Child of the said deceased during there minority ; and shall ( when she shall be thereto lawfully called) pay all and every such filial Childs part or proportion, and all other Rights whatsoever due un-.. ... by the death of  the [Sd Dewies] when she shall come unto lawful years, or whom the Court shal threto lawfully call : And at all times shall well and suficiently save, defend, and keep harmless and indempnified the said Commissary, and all his Officers for the grant-ing the Administration : And shall give further, and better security to the said Commissary, when she shall be required : Then this Obligation to be void, or otherwise to be in force.                         Ellen Nicholson [mark]
