Weardale is twinned through the French Connection with the Plateau Vert - a group of communes in Normandy about 25km north-west of Rouen. Click on the banner above for more information in French.

A group of members from Weardale will be visiting the Plateau Vert over the Whitsun weekend (3rd - 6th June 2011). At present there is a definite group of ten who will be staying with French families.
