Notes

1    Another Tamar Swindale was baptised in Carrshield on 1824 to Dodd and Mary Swindale.

2    A Mary Swindle is living with George and Tamer in 1861, 1871 and (with George only) in 1881. She is described variously in the censuses as 'niece', 'sister' and 'aunt' but is the right age to be Tamer's sister Mary. I have not yet looked for the marriage.
